• Fish must be caught between Horseshoe Beach and Spring Warrior river from January 1st, 2014 through March 31st, 2014.
• Must be weighted, photographed, and measured by an employee of Sea Hag Marina, Steinhatchee, FL.
• Winner will be subjected to a polygraph test.
