Captain Steve Kroll has more than 35+ years experience fishing in the Steinhatchee area. He began running guided trips more than 20 years ago and just can’t quit. He enjoys putting folks on fish and sharing his love for the sport. Two of his sons graduated from the University of Florida, and his third son joined the US Coast Guard right out of high school and served for 21 years, retiring but continuing to work on the water. Capt. Kroll is big in the church and his faith, and has a few grandchildren he takes fishing! He recently joined the Sea Hag Charter Captain Crew but has been a great friend to our other captains for many years! He targets redfish, trout, flounder & more using light-tackle techniques and also offers scallop charters.
